Job Description:
This role will provide specialist support to the Manager Governance, Compliance and Assurance in accordance with the compliance framework, policies and processes pertaining to compliance across the companies within the Cosec portfolio.

Key Responsibilities include:

Plan, execute and monitor the compliance plan and associated activities in the Cosec portfolio in accordance with applicable legislation, non-binding rules, standards and policies.
Understand and identify all compliance issues relating to associated legislation, rules and policies and map and track audit findings to the compliance framework.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on governance protocols with regards to policies associated with business integrity principles, including training and awareness.
Monitor and co-ordinate compliance reporting and ensuring controls are put in place to mitigate risks.
Coordinate and perform monitoring, controls testing and reporting on Group compliance programs including Anti Bribery and Corruption, third party risk management, Anti-Trust, Anti-Tax evasion, Anti Money Laundering, Data Privacy and advocate the Group Business Integrity Policy,
Provide support to the Governance, Compliance and Ethics committees and such other committees as may be established from time to time to deal with compliance related matters.
Qualifications:
Relevant university degree in Legal / Commerce / Risk is essential
Relevant qualification or registration with a professional body including Legal / Compliance / Risk Management / Audit would be an advantage
Monitoring and Evaluation skills (relevant to Regulatory Compliance)
A proven track record of having operated at this level in a large complex multinational corporate environment.
Ability to engage with key stakeholders and understand their process requirements
Communicate key compliance issue appropriately
Ability to analyse, identify and quantify potential business impact to develop ideas into practical solutions
Analytical, Conceptual and results/outcomes orientated
